The day also includes laboratory viewings, a transit demo and a fusion pizza journal club/paper discussion along with introductions to the astronomy and physics faculty.
The trip to the Cronyn Observatory is a highly anticipated, yearly event run by MUAAC. Due to limited available seating on busses, tickets are sold until capacity is reached and any extra participants can be added to a waitlist. If there are any questions please feel free to reach out to the club! Planetarium ShowsMUAAC hosts one free planetarium show every semester. Attendees will be able to experience the glorious W.J. McCallion Planetarium (right on campus!) in a beautiful and educational show like no other.
